Features

Capabilities that turn a single conversation into a full team's worth of work.

The Introduction section taught you the surfaces. This one covers the capabilities that run inside them.

Busy Bee's surface area is intentionally small, four tabs, one chat input. The depth is in the capabilities you can turn on inside those surfaces: schedules, workflows, custom agents, teams, integrations. Each one is independently useful and they compose well.

This section currently has one dedicated deep-dive: Recurring. The rest of the capabilities live in their own top-level sections of the docs, linked below for convenience.

When to dip into Features

If you're new to Busy Bee, you don't need any of these to get value, the default agents, default workflows, and default surfaces are tuned to work out of the box. Come back here once you've used the product for a week or two and start thinking "I wish this happened automatically" or "I want this to behave differently." That's the signal that it's time to learn a feature.

Start with Recurring: it's the highest-leverage capability you can turn on in five minutes.
