Analytics is your rear-view mirror on the whole team: a live task list beside a dashboard of what got done, how quickly, and where things needed you. Every number traces back to real work — click any task to open its full thread.
The task list
The left panel is a running list of your team's tasks, updating in real time as agents pick up, finish, or hand off work. Two groups:
- In progress — what's running right now.
- All tasks — everything else, with quick filters: Review (waiting on your approval), Active (queued, blocked, or waiting on your input), and Done (completed, failed, or cancelled).
Click any task to open its full thread and read exactly what the agent did.
The dashboard
Pick a window — 7, 30, or 90 days — and the dashboard summarizes org-wide activity:
- Completion and Failures — share of tasks that finished vs. failed, with raw counts.
- Conversations — chat threads and total messages exchanged.
- Handoffs — how often work passed between agents (out and in).
- Avg turnaround — median time from a task being created to finished.
- First touch — median time before an agent picks a task up.
- Approval rate — of the tasks you reviewed, how many you approved vs. rejected.
- Productivity — completed tasks measured against your team's capacity.
Below the cards, Throughput charts tasks completed per day, and Activity over time plots tasks and messages across the window.
