Project Management
How work gets organized, scheduled, and shipped.
The shape of work in Busy Bee: projects hold tasks, tasks run through agents, and workflows automate the in-between.
This section is the working knowledge of how Busy Bee organizes work behind the scenes. If the Introduction taught you the surfaces, Project Management teaches you the building blocks: what a project is, what a task is, how scheduling and recurring work, and how multi-step workflows tie it all together.
In this section
What is a project?
The long-running container for related tasks, artifacts, and context.
Tasks
The atomic unit of work, and the lifecycle of scheduling, recurring, and approval.
Workflows
Multi-step templates that move work between agents with approval gates.
Project Planning
How Queen Bee turns a request into an executable plan.
A simple mental model
- A Project is a folder. Anything that belongs to one initiative goes in one project.
- A Task is a single piece of work. One agent, one prompt, one deliverable.
- A Workflow is a recipe. Multiple tasks chained together with hand-offs and approval steps.
- A Schedule is a clock. It can fire a task once at a future time, or repeatedly on a cadence.
